1. Use of the App

This app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the app to apply visual effects to your own photos and videos using your device’s camera, microphone, and photo library.

2. User-Generated Content

All media (photos, videos, and audio) used within the app remains solely on your device. We do not store, access, or transmit your personal content to any external server. You are solely responsible for the content you create using this app.

3. Permissions

The app requests access to the following device features to function correctly:

• Camera: To capture videos/photos with effects.
• Microphone: To record audio in video mode.
• Photo Library: To select existing media for editing.

Granting these permissions is optional, but denying them may limit the app’s functionality.

4. In-App Purchases

We offer optional in-app purchases to:

• Remove ads
• Remove watermark from exports
• Unlock PRO visual effects

All purchases are handled securely through Apple’s App Store infrastructure. We do not collect or store payment information.

5. Advertising

This app displays ads using Google AdMob. Personalized advertising may be shown based on your device's advertising ID. Please refer to Google’s Advertising Policies for more information.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content related to the app design and effects are owned by the app developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you misuse it, violate these terms, or use it in an unlawful manner.

8. Disclaimer

This app is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages or loss arising from the use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
